The more we do this work the more we realize the power of nutrition and lifestyle to make dramatic changes. Sometimes the changes have to do with body composition or athletic performance. Sometimes it’s about basic survival.
After watching this, I had a kale, carrot, ginger, cacao, and whey protein shake for lunch.
