Episode #4 (click the link above) talks about exercise and nutrition. The major point is that there are many road to the destination. Adherence to a diet and exercise program is one of the most critical elements. Eliminate processed foods, eat plenty of vegetables, protein (we can argue about whether it needs to be lean or not), and plenty of good fats (fat does not make you fat and cholesterol is essential for our organs and health) and you’ll be better off than 75% of the population.
My choice is Paleo because of its nutrient density, its ability to lower inflammation, resolve immune issues, and the effects on leptin and blood sugar.
