ASSESSMENT

In conjunction with a completed PARQ a physical assessment must be completed prior to training at Brownstone Fitness. Clients are assessed for strength, flexibility, mobility, and how their body moves through space. This allows us to determine where you really are so we can take you to where you want to be.

BODY FAT ANALYSIS

What if you could actually see your FAT LOSS and MUSCLE GAIN? Now you can!

With this new technology, we’ve gone from percentages to pictures using our unique Ultrasound Body Composition System. This system will:

  • track your fat loss,
  • track your muscle gain, and
  • deliver accurate and reliable results without painful pinching.

A PRIVATE – SEMI-PRIVATE session is a great way to start your fitness program! It is a one-on-one or two-three persons and a trainer. It is recommended for beginners, individuals with medical concerns, individuals recovering from injury or for individuals who prefer one-on-one personal attention. A program is designed for you based on your availability, health needs, goals and life-long pursuit of wellness. We tailor the program to your needs whether it is weight loss, functional strengthening or sports performance. Private sessions are conducted in the studio and off-site.

The SMALL GROUP SESSION is a class of 4-6 persons and a trainer. It is recommended for healthy individuals, with no medical concerns or injuries who enjoy learning in a group environment.   You are matched with a group that is compatible to your fitness level. The sessions are metabolic conditioning or total body strength training. Sometimes the two are combined.  Studies show individuals are more likely to stay committed to their exercise program when working within a small group.

Groups of four (4) or more people can schedule outside of their designated session slots by calling 24 hours ahead. The earlier you call, the better chance you have of scheduling the time you desire.

THE STRONGER THAN EVER PROGRAM (S.T.E.P.)

S.T.E.P. develops physical and mental toughness in your child. The program is for youth (ages 7-17). The strength component: develops strength, coordination, agility, flexibility and balance. On the mental side, some things we focus on are motivation, values, and self-efficacy. Your child receives tools to help with:

  • stress management,
  • visualization and imagery,
  • goal setting, and awareness to help them “conquer the inner game.”

PRIVATE SESSIONS – 45 Minutes

  • 8 private sessions $594.
  • 12 private sessions $845.
  • 8 off-site private sessions $1,200.

PRIVATE SESSIONS – 30 Minutes

  • 8 private sessions $400.
  • 12 private sessions $570.
