    Hi,
    I am looking for a personal trainer. I’ve been dieting almost all my life because of weigh issues. I have a very slow metabolism and figure that maybe exercise is what I need. I have a very limited time but I want to try with personal trainer.
    Would you please tel me how does program work ??
